Made to order

Our pieces are custom-made to order in Ukraine. Each order takes time to produce, from the chosen design to the finished piece, so please allow for production as well as delivery when planning your space.

Estimated shipping time depends on the selected shipping method . Transit times depend on the destination and shipping service, and customs clearance may take additional time.

Décor & small items — parcel shipping

Décor, lighting and small furniture, including compact coffee tables that can be safely packed in a box, are shipped from Ukraine by national delivery services. The table below shows estimated prices for parcels from 3 kg to 30 kg and includes the minimum declared-value surcharge. Weight includes packaging. Maximum parcel dimensions: longest side up to 105 cm and girth up to 200 cm. Larger or non-standard packages require an individual freight quote.

Estimated “from 3 kg” prices include the base transport tariff, three kilograms of weight and the minimum declared-value surcharge of $3.50 per parcel ($2.50 fee plus the minimum $1 value-based charge). The final price increases by the amount shown for each additional kilogram. For declared values above the equivalent of $200, the value-based charge is 0.5% of the declared amount. Protective packaging, customs duties, VAT and other import charges are not included.

The exact shipping cost is recalculated when the order is placed using the current Ukrposhta tariff, packed weight, dimensions, declared value, destination and exchange rate.

Medium-sized & large furniture — freight delivery

Medium-sized and large furniture is delivered by a transport company, with shipping calculated individually for each order. The quote depends on the packed dimensions, weight, number of pieces, destination and access to your property. Items that exceed standard parcel limits also require an individual transport quote, subject to carrier acceptance. Delivery service and installation options: .

Preparing your order for dispatch

Once production is complete, your order is prepared for its journey from Ukraine. Packaging arrangements: Please provide your full delivery address, postcode and phone number so the shipment can be arranged. 

Preparing for delivery

Before ordering furniture, check that the packed item will fit through your doorways, corridors, stairs and lift. Let us know about narrow access, upper floors or other restrictions so these can be considered in your delivery quote. Please keep the access route clear on the day of arrival.

Together, we will schedule a delivery date and time slot that suits you best.

Taxes & import charges

Shipping prices exclude import charges. For deliveries to the EU, VAT, customs duties and handling fees may apply, including to orders of €150 or less. 

United States: Orders shipped from Ukraine may be subject to U.S. import duties and customs clearance fees, including orders under $2,500. Charges depend on the product and the rules in effect when it enters the United States. Any applicable import charges are separate from shipping costs. 

Inspecting your order on arrival 

Please inspect all items for damage at the post office or delivery point before accepting your shipment. If you notice any damage, take clear photos of the outer packaging, protective materials and affected items, and ask the carrier to record the damage before you leave. Keep all packaging and contact us with the photos and your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue with the carrier.

Full payment is required for all international orders. You can pay by credit card or by bank transfer to our bank account.
