The NAI chair is more than just a piece of furniture. It is a concept, a challenge and a bit of irony in one piece. The designer seems to play with the idea of a future in which human imagination still triumphs over algorithms. The smooth, almost sculptural lines of the chair resemble handmade work - warm, alive, tangible. He literally says "no" to artificiality, choosing instead softness, humor and unpredictability.
This chair will fit into the interior, where non-standard and character are valued. Its streamlined shape adds organicity and lightness to the space. NAI is a case when furniture evokes emotions, makes you smile and think a little about the value of human creativity.
