The Traditional Carpathian Wool Area Rug (Lizhnyk) brings the expressive language of Hutsul textiles into a contemporary space. Rhythmic red, green and grey diamonds unfold across a warm cream ground, creating a vivid decorative accent with the lively, gently irregular texture of handwork.
The rug is handwoven on an antique loom from 100% Carpathian sheep wool, then traditionally felted in mountain water for density and softness. It can be used as a floor rug, bedspread or warm throw, with custom dimensions and colour combinations available on request.
