PonPon S is a low open plywood shelf with distinctive vertical slats on its side panels. The rhythm of the slats keeps the silhouette light, while a soft arched cut-out at the floor adds a playful note. The visible grain of the plywood layers keeps a room warm even in a restrained interior.
The height of 40 cm is made for the youngest: a child sees everything on the shelf, takes a book or a toy and puts it back without help — exactly what the Montessori approach calls for. A depth of 30 cm does not eat into a narrow room, so the shelf fits beside a bed or under a window.
