Ekaterina and Valerii Kuznetsov of the Ukrainian design studio DECORKUZNETSOV rooted the collection in suminagashi, an ancient Japanese art suggestive of ink drifting and dissolving on water. Across the generous 1170 surface, the concept reads almost like a painted canvas, yet the exclusive colouring method ensures its composition can never be recreated. Classic ink tones sit beside vivid contemporary shades in a considered palette, allowing the focal piece to respond to a particular room.
