The Suminagashi 1100 coffee table has a contemporary sculptural presence: its low, elongated form balances the animated marbled pattern and anchors a relaxed seating area. Painted MDF gains artistic depth through the suminagashi technique, giving every piece its own unrepeatable rhythm.
A softly rounded top rests on vertical slab supports that bring an architectural note without making the room feel heavy. Colours can be selected from the available palette, while two leg finishes let the composition remain restrained or carry the flowing pattern down through the base.
The collection draws on the ancient Japanese art of suminagashi and its image of ink floating across water. Ekaterina and Valerii Kuznetsov of the Ukrainian design studio DECORKUZNETSOV translated that idea onto this elongated tabletop: an exclusive painting process prevents any pattern from being repeated, while the curated palette moves from classic ink tones to vivid contemporary colours.
