The “Карпати” wall panel transforms a mountain landscape into a tactile textile artwork. The creamy ground gives the composition room to breathe, while moss, olive and muted green layers recall the slopes, forests and vegetation of the Carpathians. Natural wool makes the landscape feel less like an illustration and more like a living material presence.
Flat weaving establishes the quiet background, while grass-like loops and gunia texture build varied pile heights and expressive mountain silhouettes. Long dark strands create deep shadows, pale looped areas bring volume, and the irregular hand-worked relief changes with the light. The panel works as a self-contained focal point in minimalist, nature-led or contemporary interiors where colour is welcome but a calm atmosphere remains essential.
